Career Program Development: Developed and implemented content and structure of colege
courses to improve instruction and reach new student markets. Result: reduced withdrawals 78%,
thereby bolstering the company’s FTE’s, the criteria for funding in the State

sites designed to train newcomer teachers to
Major Project Developer: Hired in 1973 by the State of Florida Department of
State to conduct the first county-wide inventory of historic buildings in

the additional cost of leasing/building facilities.
Leadership: Selected for 15 years as the district-wide chairperson
of social science instructors and staff and instituted the college’s first
video-conference meetings. Served on Academic Council. Result: Teachers did not have to drive from

with no buildings and just 40 employees to a school of 41,000 students. Result: implemented district-wide
